As an entrepreneur you will have a team of volunteer mentors that will accompany you in the development process of your business so that you will have the support of someone specialized, so that you do not have to do it alone.

Each entrepreneur, if it is considered appropriate, is assigned a volunteer/mentor with the necessary experience (for example in finance, tax law, marketing, business management, etc.) to reinforce their project and to support it in the resolution of concerns and problems.

Accompaniment is the most important non-financial service that Oportunitas can bring to those who need it. Our volunteers exercise their activity with a strong dose of commitment to others, giving their best.

We seek motivated and sensitive volunteers to work with people who are at risk of social exclusion. We look for people who want to accompany our entrepreneurs as they create or consolidate their own company to improve their quality of life.

Using their capacity for analysis and sufficient common sense to evaluate proactively, Volunteers of the Oportunitas Foundation will advise entrepreneurs to see if a micro-business project is developing properly and, above all, if the entrepreneur is improving their quality of life. In other words, it is a question of promoting the social and labor insertion of groups traditionally excluded from the banking sector.
