He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the European Microfinance Network, director of the Interlife Foundation, and creator of the Oportunity Program of MACS Social Consulting. He is also the author of the book, Microcredits: Loans to Dignity.

Prior to her work with Oportunitas, she worked in the communication, advertising, and marketing departments of Caixa Penedès for 18 years. She has extensive experience in Volunteer Program Management, managing teams of more than 100 volunteers.

Francesca has a degree in International Relations from La Sapienza University in Rome as well as a Masters in Development Management from the London School of Economics. She has worked on consulting projects in the social sector, has experience in international corporation projects, and has served as an external consultant to develop studies on the Spanish microfinance sector.

Jéssica has a degree in psychology from the University of Valparaíso in Chile as well as a Masters in Social and Educational Interventions at the University of Barcelona. She has experience in project coordination, and specializes in strengthening entrepreneurial and microenterprise management, volunteering, and design and development training tools. She is a consultant of various social innovation projects in the public and private sector.
